Well maybe put something like puppy pads or newspaper around it so when that happens its not too big of a deal.
Yeah, that's what I was doing before I changed the litter completely. She's in my room so when she does it, it smells horrible! Lol

Make a ramp or stack old phone books so that the kittens can get in the box.
Also use only non-clumping litter.

Hi, I have another question lol. The kittens are just starting to use the litter box and their poop is a yellow/orange color, is this normal? Also whenever they poop it's always all over their bum hole!

No, that is not a normal color. They most likely have coccidia and need medicine for it. Can you see the vet asap?

Mom will need it too since she has been licking them clean.

I am going to call the vet tomorrow. I feel so bad for these guys. I've only seen two of them poop in the litter and the color is nearly identical. Do you think it could be parasites? They are most likely getting their first rounds of shots this week, since they are going to be six weeks

Yes, it's parasites. They will probably need panacur and Albon.

I would get them clear of this before they get shots. Vaccines are usually given at 8 weeks anyway. :)

I don't really decide when they get shots, the organization I foster them through wants to see them at six weeks so I was guessing that's when they will
