Hi everyone,

Money's kind of tight right now so I was looking for other food options for my two one-year old cats. I was looking at Performatrin adult grain free food but I'm seeing salt pretty high up on the ingredient list. Does anyone have any experience with this food or know if it's healthy?
Or if not, does anyone have other suggestions that are in the same price range? I'm looking for grain and starch free food with high meat content. Right now the cats are eating Weruva and Pure Vita but that's getting a little pricey.

Edit: I live in Toronto, ON before you guys start suggesting brands only available in America lol

They probably add salt as an iodine source. You can email the company and ask them to give you the amount of sodium in the food (on a dry matter basis).
