It's good you helped. Breech is a tougher delivery than head first.
Kittens can come minutes or hours apart.

Okay the kitten is having trouble finding a nipples is this normal? I tried to help the kitten but not too sure

Kitten searching but Oakley keeps trying to lick her clean and her self clean still. I'll give it 5 more minutes and then I'll give her the formula
You can give her a few minutes. She may latch when mom stops licking.

I tried that, held the kitten over one, I pushed the milk out to see if it'll get the scent
