Baby Su has been getting under covers and stretching out lengthwise right on my side.

Ruby sleeps under the covers by me too. At least in the winter time. I sometimes think it's not so much to be near me, as it is to be able to siphon my body heat. Course it does work both ways, as I really appreciate her lap cat warmth when I'm sitting on the sofa reading.

Stretch and Miss Eleanor don't get under the covers, although she has tried to a couple of times. Rather, they pat the covers down so they can get as close as possible, making it impossible to move without displacing them both.

Mooshoo used to get under the covers. I get cold so easily so it was nice to have the kitty warmth radiating to me. Gracie will sleep up on my side if I'm laying on my side. So when I move she's not happy!

CTU's, all! Cat Thermal Units! And I call myself a "hot rock for cats" after the device one puts in a space where herps are kept in captivity (herps being snakes, frogs, toads and others). Yes, it's for the heat that they stay. Cats do love warmth!
Well, Jcatbird , Wanda, and Prints, the "rampant rolling" seems to be at work there in the blankets! Such a cute cat blanket -- is that one new?
We had intense thunder, lightning and rain, starting around midnight last night! The rainy season is starting very late, but I pray it is truly here. This morning I went out and a little sparrow was drinking from a puddle under our big pink camellia. The rain will return twice today, hopefully, giving it just enough time to soak in each time.

rubysmama I can always trast my friends to help me. Lol I may need me phone to be trasted for spelling sickness. It wouldn’t be a post from me without a typo! If you get Purrfect posts, Banjo did that too!

My cats will go explore under the covers but they prefer to surround my body above covers. Maybe they are scared the others laying close will trap them? Or maybe one will fall from my hip to land on top? Lol It has probably happened.
Wanda Heart had such an innocent and puzzled look! Maybe the mouse will grow a horn later.

N NY cat man Stretch and Miss Eleanor are tucking you in! Lol I get evaded in cats too. If I need to get up I try to slide up and out the top which leaves a space shaped like a human in the middle of the Clowder. I get a few stink eyes as I move though. Getting back in is the real challenge.

pearl99 I have some body cat covers. BJ is so smart. He gets behind me and drapes his front half over. That means that either way I roll over, he can stay draped. Sometimes his rear is higher than his head. The first time I woke up to that I did roll!

That is a new blanket. I thought it was cute too. All the kitties got their own blanket and that one seemed to suit Prints. Of course all the kitties will be rolling around in every blanket eventually. Wanda Heart probably invited Prints to share if the truth is known!
I’m glad there is some rainfall there. I hope it is a slow soaking rain. A sparrow? I always love little sparrows. They are so cute. They have a sweet chirp and graceful movements.

M maggiedemi I know! I cracked up when Wanda Heart made that face. I guess it’s different when he gets to it before she does. I suppose she wants to be in charge of her blankie. I didn’t see her running all over his! Lol Prints made me laugh too. He really seemed to like the kittens on the blanket.

There was only one baby! I better put my glasses on and check that baby for a horn! No wonder Wanda Heart looked so dismayed!

The smiles tonight come from some kitty chaos! Everyone got a blanket and a catnip toy! Fun!

Looks like eFURRYone had a great holiday -- new blankets and catnip toys? What could be better?!! and then a nice warm bed heated by a hot rock for cats? Blissful! *I do that, too -- it's like getting into and out of a sleeping bag. Usually I can do it without disturbing them, but not always!*

Looks like the clowder mopped up for Christmas! GOODNESS at the loot!

Scamper is doing a walkabout again...it's that little girl he's so smitten with. Haven't seen him in three days, so of COURSE I'm frantic. I must stop panicking about these things. If he had four good legs, I wouldn't worry so much.
