New to the forum and thanks to all who just put my mind at ease. My cat Hulk has lump between his shoulder blades 3 days after an antibiotic injection from the vet to treat feral cat bites and raging infection, I'm happy to know it's probably just a reaction. Will keep an eye on it for a while and take him back if there's any change in size. Thanks all!

Just a quick update saying that the lump where my kitten was vaccinated has completely disappeared

She said it was a normal reaction after an injection, same as can happen with humans, could take up to 3 weeks to disappear
Don't know the exact details anymore, but she explained it a couple weeks ago
Great, thanks! He's only been to the vet's twice so we've nothing to compare it to, none of my other 9 cats have ever had anything similar. Am glad it's actually quite common and hopefully it'll disappear in couple weeks, another trip to the vet would be an unwelcome ordeal for both of us!
