Sounds like quite a few good things in your lives, all at once! We had this additive called TAIL MIX that they loved initially, and then kind of went MEH on. I've still got some. It's expensive, but it's full of good stuff. Oh well. *It's chicken-based, so Krista wouldn't want it.* We've got another one called Missing Link-Feline Formula, that's got beef, "fish", oyster, salmon, and various other ingredients -- it's called an "Omega-3 Superfood Supplement" -- but the reception to that has been lukewarm. No chicken in the formula.Wedgewood just made renewing her chemo medicine so easy. Even though it disappeared from her profile on the web site, they still had everything I needed from last time including prior payment information, the vet's fax number, and the vet's shipping address. Since it's temperature sensitive and the delivery services are playing ding-dong-ditch with packages these days due to the pandemic, it's even more important that it ships to the vet's office rather than spoiling on my doorstep.
We broke into a new case of her food this morning. Even though it's all from the same batch date on the bottom of the can, there's slight differences between every case. Last case was a little on the chewy side. This one is smoother. I can see the difference both in prepping it for her as well as picking up much cleaner plates. Hopefully this means more is going into her than into my carpet now.
I gave her her second smidgen of the green stuff (Spark.) I do believe she likes the stuff. When I opened the bag, she went from laying on the kitchen floor to joining me on the counter. Her plate looks awfully clean too. We'll do another couple of days at the smidgen dose before we move up to a pinch (1/16 tsp.) I think the eventual recommended dose for her is 1/4 tsp (which would be two dashes.) But it's better to give her too little to start than too much.
I wonder if we're going to get another poop soon. Her overnight took some pressure off to be sure. But it wasn't nearly enough. Hopefully she'll drop a poop leg before dinner so I don't have to worry about her doing it directly after dinner and bringing up her dinner and pred in the process.
