HI all,
To put a final button on Lola's issue we discovered the problem.
I took her to another vet and they ran a Diarrhea RealPCR Panel. She tested positive for Cryptosporidium. A type of parasite that would not show up in a regular stool sample screen. Most likely she picked it up as a kitten somewhere. She has been on antibiotics for three weeks and no more diarrhea.
