Sorry i didnt see the comments. She is a purebred lab, although admittedly i got her from a back yard breeder so there may be some other breed in her past.

But correct with enough stimulation any mammal can lactate.

It was kind of the perfect storm with my lab stella and jasper. Stella just finished up her heat cycle when jasper was born so it wasnt long afted that he started suckling on her, it did take awhile before she started to produce milk.

But mr jasper who was pretty underweight when i started to feed him is turning into a little fatty. Hes 7lbs

Jasper is a BRAT!!--- but a lovable brat!!

I will take him if you get tired of him...LOL!

One of my cats did the same thing to some wall paper in an apartment that was in the basement of a house.  The landlord had just brought the property.  I was very lucky when I moved out because it did not cost me any money.  When I did the final walk through my landlord said she hated the wall paper and was planning to get rid of it so my cat actually did her a favor.

Post about my guy, Artie.

I have his cat tree in front of the balcony doors. During the summer, when he was lounging on it, a fly came by and tried like anything to get in through the screen..yes, flies do not have brains...The glass balcony door was partially open. 

The cat tree was in front of the glass. The fly was on the screen in front of the glass...

Artie went nuts!!! He tried so hard to bat at and get the fly!! 

Now I have scratches on the glass from his claws...Man!!

never knew a cat's claws could scratch glass..or perhaps Artie has supercat strength!!

Perhaps he prefers wainscoting?   If so, then he has a keen sense of style.

Hahah yes i dont like the wallpaper either but im not planning on staying here too much longer so im not changing it. But i am hoping he grows out of it hahaha

Well, he's kind of a  teenager now, so you are getting a taste of how your mom felt.  He, however, being a cat, will outgrow it faster than you did, LOL.

Jasper is terrorizing my other cats..litterally. theyre older and dont really want to play. So he just chases them around till i stop him. :-/
