No they are not. There is one black kitten left
That could be what is causing their litter box problems.

If you search "low cost spay neuter" or "free spay neuter" you should be able to find a place to get them fixed for cheap/free.

You can enter your zip code here as well to try and find a place:
Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Programs

Or try calling your local animal control or vet and ask them if they know where you can get cheap/free spay/neuter services.

Have you tried putting up a poster for the kitten at your local vet? Also try pet and feed stores who may also let you put up a "kitten needs rehoming" sign. Make sure to include a picture. :D

If you can find a way to get the kitten fixed people will be more likely to adopt her.

You could also find animal shelters/rescues near you (enter your zip here: Search For Animal Welfare Groups | Petfinder) and call them. Just ask if they can help (could they help cover the cost of fixing your cats?) or if they have any advice. Chances are someone can help you!!

If you are having trouble convincing your family to get them fixed just tell them that more and more kittens will come if they don't. It may not seem expensive feeding the kittens but when it comes down to it it is just as expensive as a spay which is a one time payment, and you can probably find it for cheap or free! (Yes there are places that offer that).

Also, there is always the possibility that a cat could have birthing complications and die. It is also way healthier for the cats and you feel good being a responsible cat owner!
