Many, an Autumn one, a pink one, a dark sky one and more... I could make you some as well if you like. I'll make you another with a different background, thanks for the other picture, now the signature will be better.

I couldn't find the old one, I know that I used stock photos though. For this one, I simply filled the image and drew some leaves, I hope you like it!
