Caught A Feral Cat... And I Need Some Advice

you both have come a long way in such a short period, consider yourself lucky.
2 years in and Princess still prefers somewhat solitude, though she's just started light purring when petted! Took forever even to reach that point.
Neither Bug nor Princess are lap cats at all, but thats ok.
Indoor, happy, healthy and safe all good compared to where they were as strays.

After reading so many posts, i know i'm lucky. I never thought this hissing/fearful cat would one day decide to climb over my lap, curl into a ball and start purring. Not to mention the kisses. I was so shocked, i froze, even when my legs were cramping up... i didn't move! She's still fearful of my husband, but that will come. Bravo on Princess letting herself be petted. But i feel the same way too about having them inside and safe, rather than being lap cats. Inside kitties is so much better than living on the streets. :)
