Cat Keeps Running Away...curious About Gps Trackers

Hi guys,

I'm new to these forums, but looking for some help on how better to track my cat. Everytime I open the door, it tries to run around the outside world, and hide out, and its pretty stressful. It's an american shorthair male about 1year old.

Any advice on GPS trackers/other solutions for this situation?

I don’t know anything about GPS trackers except that they are available but I hope that your cat is neutered, microchipped and wears a collar with identification. I would also try to prevent him from slipping out by using a baby gate or other method to slow him down or catch him as he is sneaking out.

Also, like susanm9006 , I am hoping your one year old male is neutered. If not, it will be very difficult to keep him inside, as his hormones will have him constantly looking to seek out females.
