Gov is totally afraid of bubbles. I tried the catnip bubbles and I would NOT recommend them--besides being sticky and smelling gross, they're so hard to use! I maybe blow one bubble for every 15 attempts.  Peek a prize and some cheap ping pong balls are on the way from amazon. Thanks everyone!
