I don’t know but I would at this point try CBD treats or ask the vet for a light sedative for him for a couple of weeks or months. Just to get him to realize that he can relax at home. I would look into and pay a mobile vet to come see him at home (and give him a sedative before the vet visit.)...

Mental stimulation helps so much! If my problem child doesn’t get at least an hour a day outside he is so naughty! He gets into things he shouldn’t & is destructive. If he gets his outside time he is a perfect angel. I would also try a few of those motion activated things that blow s harmless...

That was why I recommended the cardboard divider in case of a fight or a prefight stare off. That state is cat speak for “I’m going to kick your a**” So if a stare down starts, block the line of sight…. then remove one cat.

I vote take him to the groomers and have them give him a lion cut or everything but his head gets cute to 1/4 or 1/2 inch long. Have the groomer clip his claws while you are at it,
