Wait my black cat is brown??

So I recently adopted a beautiful black cat. Today is the first sunlight here in weeks. And all of the sudden I see that she is brown! Is this normal for black cats? Or is my black cat secretly a brown cat?
I was looking into if she could be a Bombay but I think this shows she isn't right? She does have a black nose and black beans.
I've never had a black cat before so I know basically nothing about them

Most black cats take on a brown sheen in direct sunlight. Black cats also get something known as "rusting" if they have a lot of sun exposure, which is where the fur takes on a reddish tinge.

You may also see some faint stripes in her fur in bright light. ALL cats carry the tabby gene and even seemingly solid colored cats will have faint stripes seen only in bright sunlight!

Yep my mom’s black cat has stripes on his arms that you can see in bright sunlight.
