It's been a while and I thought I should follow up. It's not a happy story.
I tried everything suggested by the kind replys that everyone has given, but nothing has worked. Boo continued to bite several times a day, almost always drawing blood. There were weeks when I was covered with bandaids...
I know this subject isn't new, but I haven't dealt with this particular problem before and would appreciate any insights.
As background, I've had Dodger for about 3 months now. He's a 2.5yo neutered male. He seems fine to me in every way and the vet assured me he's in good health.
Until the...
I have a new kitty, Dodger, and would like to add some variety to his current food. He is a 3 year old male and a little chunky, but not fat. He's just a big cat, and he hasn't gained any weight since I got him 2 months ago.
He was eating Iams indoor dry food when I got him and I continued with...
Looking for feedback from anyone who might have used both and compare them for effectiveness and side effects. I used Revolution/Plus for several years on one of my cats and it worked well with no descernable side affects.
I read up on the differences between the two, what they protect against...

I don't know if this is still true as I've moved and shop somewhere more convenient now, but it was a good deal when I used it - online prices...
I've had my new shelter cat for about 2 months now. I used the same logic as Vince except feeding her Hills Science Diet, Adults 1- 6 as that's what the shelter was using. Boo is 3 years old and is doing fine, maintaining her weight of 9.5 pounds.
I have bought a couple of 4lb bags at around...
I will definitely try this. My patience is running thin! Not 10 minutes ago, while brushing my teeth, Boo pushed the door open slightly and bit my leg, drawing blood. She then turned around and casually walked away. If the scruff-of-the-neck gambit doesn't work I think I'll consider biting her back.
Thanks again for your input Kakers. You said something this time I hadn't really thought of. It seems obvious now, but maybe she just wants attention. She follows me everywhere, always jumps in my lap, always gets in bed with me, etc. Maybe she just fears being abandoned and for whatever reason...
