I would get it checked at the vets as if it is ringworm it can spread pretty quickly to other body parts and will make it harder to treat.

I would say take her to the vet to get checked with a Wood’s lamp for ringworm. My kitty had ringworm and started to lose hair in the exact same areas and the skin turned grey/black and flaky like scabs. Definitely keep her away from the other kitty until diagnosed.
