Thanks for the chart about weight, that will be useful for S’mores. I’ll tell them about that site, we’ve never heard of it. Could you give me the link to it? I can’t seem to find it on Google.

I would keep him in, but the problem is that being outside and hunting is a huge part of who Cupid is and I don’t want to take that away from him. I’m thinking of trying a collar with a GPS chip in it as a solution, but whenever we try to put a collar on Cupid he always gets out of it within 5 minutes. Got any ideas of how to keep it on?

We’ve decided to keep S’mores on the second floor of our house only for the first week, but after that he’s free to move about the house. S’mores is very calm and gentle as opposed to Cupid’s hyperactive and playful, so we think he’s destined to be an jndoor

Thanks for praying for Cupid. I’m not losing hope.

Also, have these pictures of Cupid coming to grab my hand, and one of S’mores.
Those are lovely pics of S'mores and Cupid.❤ I hope the article I forwarded to you helps you with S'mores. I also hope you fine a good local website that could get the word out about Cupid. A word of warning to be cautious where you go, show your parents the sites. I am very leery about about Craig's list. There are some shady or crazy people there. So once again, have your parents check out all websites. If you have a Lost or Found Pets website in or around your area, I would suggest them.

In regards to the GPS collar, I really don't know much about them. What you can do is post a new thread in one of the other forums here, asking about it. Hopefully, you can get the attention of other members who know something about these collars.

Well, I got to run. Best of luck in finding Cupid.

S'mores is so cute!!! Here are a couple articles to check out in case you haven't already:
Kitten Proofing Your Home: 13 Practical Tips – TheCatSite Articles
New Cat Checklist: What You Need To Get Before Bringing Kitty Home – TheCatSite Articles
Bringing Home A New Cat – The Complete Guide – TheCatSite Articles
I'm sure some of these things you already know from Cupid, but I'm not sure if you got Cupid when he was a kitten or not, so, just in case, I thought I'd include them :)
Thanks a lot. I was 8 when we got Cupid so I don’t remember much of his kitten days so this will help. Here’s a picture of Baby Cupid, and if you think S’mores is cute, I’m not sure you can handle this picture his foster family sent us...

Thanks for the link, and I’ll be sure to find the perfect site. We haven’t used Craigslist since I was 2, so that’s probably off the table anyway. I’ll post another thread about the collar. Me, my Mom, and my sister will be going on a long walk tomorrow, wish us luck.

Keep looking and keep pestering the vets and shelters, he's out there somewhere. Have you tried the lost and found links? What cute little kitties you posted. :)
Do you really think he’s out there and ok? I believe he is but is it likely? We will be trying list and found links.

You're right... I'm not sure I can handle him... Either of them! they're both so adorable. Enjoy him while he's small, because he's going to grow fast!
I will, and now that I know you can’t handle cute kittens, I’m gonna tell you a short story about the day we got Cupid. When we walked in, he was the only kitten there. He was sticking his paws out under the glass, and after that he was ours.

I had problems getting online for awhile so I didn’t get to answer you about baby monitors. Now that you are adopting a baby kitty, it might be handy even after Cupid comes home. I do think you can still find Cupid. I had a cat go to another place for months! She returned when she chose to. Cats! They have their own cat clocks and don’t even realize how time flies for us. Baby monitors can be found at places like Walmart and Best Buy. I bought a Motorola that came with a separate screen monitor and cameras. The cameras must be plugged in but the monitor can be charged and all can be watched over WiFi. A phone or computer can access the cameras when you are away from home. They come in a range of prices. You can also get some that are sound only but for this, cameras would really help. There are all kinds of cameras that can be used besides those on baby monitors. Check on Amazon or any computer supply source. There are simple sucurity systems that have cameras too if your parents would be interested in extra security, that might be the way to go. Baby monitors are just simple and easy to get.
So... S’mores! Absolutely precious!:happycat:

Thanks for the info about monitors. I too think we can still find Cupid and bring him home to meet his new little brother. I’m a bit hesitant on going with Motorola as me and them have a rocky history. My first phone was a Motorola and the power button ended up falling off, and their solution was a “replacement”, which in all reality was another faulty product repackaged. After that I got an iPhone and we’ve never touched a Motorola product since. We‘ll definitely try cameras in the future, and yes. S’mores is indeed absolutely precious.
