I guess I should not post in this section anymore. All I eat is pizza and Chinese. I don't want to keep boring everybody.
Pizza can be exciting. What toppings did you get on it?

We are having hamburgers for dinner. I will probably dress it up with cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup.
For lunch I had a veggie sandwich on whole grain wheat bread- sharp cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo.

Since I eat the same old stuff all the time I guess I should not post in this section anymore. All I eat is pizza and Chinese. I don't want to keep boring everybody.
muffy muffy : No. No. No. No. No. In no way was I suggesting that posting about eating the "same old stuff" all the time was boring everyone and shouldn't be posted. I just meant that "I" hadn't been cooking much lately, as I've been busy with other things, which also meant I haven't been reading or posting in this thread. But when M maggiedemi tagged me, and I made something different last night I decided to post. So please, everyone, carry on as before.

And for what it's worth, I'm having a "eggs-citing" egg salad sandwich for dinner tonight. And an apple for dessert. Can't get much more boring than that. But the new emojis are pretty cool. 🥚🥪🍎

Most people love pizza and Chinese, myself included. ;) There are so many varieties of Asian food and/or pizza toppings. When I have a boring dinner I usually don't post but what's boring to one person may not be to others. We also enjoy hearing what you order when you go out to eat.

Just a suggestion, I hope you don't mind - for a change you might want to consider slices of zucchini instead of pickles.

Since we picked up our daughter at the airport early this morning we'll be eating an early dinner. I told her it was her choice and she asked me to make veggie chili. DH and I were happy because the weather is nasty today, i.e. cold, rain and super windy, so chili will be a good comfort food.

OH COME ON! I eat hot dogs with cheese and onions, fish sticks, and chicken nuggets probably 25 out of 30 nights in a month, and I STILL post here! The title isn't "What Interesting are You Cooking," after all! But tonight, I'm making scrambled eggs and biscuits from scratch. Well...the eggs aren't from scratch, I mean, I didn't personally lay them...

There are some rockin' cooks on this thread, for sure! But you could try some of the microwaveable frozen veggies they have now, to broaden your diet, or something like that :)
Yeah, I have been eating those for years. They are good but are very small and expensive. Some are way to spicy for my taste.

I usually get extra cheese, mushrooms, olives, both green and black and onions.

That is unusual....Have you ever had black olives?

Raw or cooked zucchini on my sandwich?

Sounds yummy. I've never had green olives on pizza.
I am eating green olives by themselves right now. I prefer the black ones, especially on pizza. I am a junk food vegetarian. I don't eat healthy like Neely does. LOL.

For dinner I had a Amy's pot pie. They are all good.

I had a huge salad with just hearts of Romaine, crumbled blue cheese, and Italian dressing that I buy
form my favorite pizza place. It became so popular that they began selling it in 16 ounce bottles.

For lunch I had a ground sirloin burger with blue cheese on a toasted bun that my helper made.
The g.s. is usually 6 bucks a pound but it was on sale for about 2.25 per pound. 👍

She does not cook. Her words. She is about 60! Her boyfriend is a professional chef. I have to talk her
through it. Even scrambled eggs!!, ha!! She did well with the Hamburger Stroganoff. I think it is more she
doesn't want to cook. 😉

I wandered around the kitchen eating green olives out of the jar last night. I love olives. :yummy:
