Yes, but I would choose a dumpster behind a restaurant that served Alaskan King Crab Legs,
hoping to get lucky.

For 5 mil would you walk through a cave as Indiana Jones did in The Raiders of the Last Ark with
all those black snakes trying to bite you?
I don't remember that movie scene well enough, if the snakes are venomous then no, if not, then sure!

For 5 mil, would you move into the house we were talking about in this thread: Have You Seen This House That Is For Sale? You would have to live there for a year and you could bring your cats, but you wouldn't be allowed to redecorate.

HA!!!!!! Yes I would but it would be a tough year.

For 5 mil, would you live with Buddhist Monks for a year, do what is required,
no phones, no outside form of communication? You would be allowed to bring
kitties.

I'll take this to keep it moving.

Yes.

For 5 mil would you take a job as a guide for Amazon Jungle tours for a year? You would be fully
trained. You could not bring kitties but you could visit them once a month in Rio where you would
have a home for your monthly long weekends off. You would be off from Friday-Monday and kitties
would be well cared for. You could bring someone of your choice to watch them and the cost for
this would not come out of the 5 mil.

No to the Amazon jungle... sounds too hot, with lots of mosquitoes.

For 5 mil, would you paint all the walls in your house a color you hate and leave it like that for two years?

Yes, but that would be difficult.........I'd give it a shot.

For 5 mil would you go a year without speaking or being spoken to?
(you could talk to yourself)

Oh, good question! I want to say yes, but what if there was an emergency? Would I be able to write a note to let the doctor/vet/etc know what the problem was? If so, yes I could do that.

For $5 million would you go and live on a remote island in Alaska for a year? You'd have to chop your own wood, find your own food and cope with wolves and grizzly bears as neighbours.

Oh, for 5 mil I would want to give it a shot but I would not be able to chop wood because
of my disability so I have to say no and those wolves and bears would have a feast of me!

For 5 mil would you live in an area where it rains daily for one year? Torrential downpours.
I don't know if such a place exists but for the sake of this game let's say it does.

No, all that rain sounds depressing.

For 5 million, would you give up your TV forever? You would be able to watch your neighbor's TV, by sitting on the roof of your house with binoculars, but you wouldn't be able to hear any sound. Note that your neighbor *might* call the police on you because they think you're spying on them.

HA!!!!!!!! Great question, ab, I think I would do this. I can just imagine myself sitting on the roof
with binoculars, :flail::crackup::worship:

For 5 mil, would you move to where Norachan lives forever? You would not be able to ever visit anyone
but they could come there anytime. Of course kitties would come. Once a year you would have to spend a night
in Suicide Forest, alone but you would have a tent, food, and a way to call for help.

Your posts are making me laugh.

Rains every day? That sounds a lot like Japan and the UK.

Give up TV forever? I wasn't allowed to watch TV when I was a kid, haven't had a TV in my house for over 10 years now.

Live in the Suicide Forest? It's nice here guys! Lush and green and full of birds and wild animals. Not haunted at all, I promise.

So here's my question: For $5 million would you eat only airline food, those pre-cooked packaged meals on a tray, for the next year?

Meghalaya: The Wettest Place on Earth
Here's the answer to what you're wondering mia6. It's interesting to read about the place.

Thanks Deb!

Norachan, it does sound lovely.

Yes, I would eat the awful airline food and send you a bite every day.:p

For 5 mil would you care for 5 children under the age of 5 for 6 months?
Two would be in diapers. You could have help during the day but after 6
you would be on your own. I don't think kitties would want to be around
so you could have a trusted person care for them. You would get one weekend
off per month.

Yes, I would. I love kids.

For $5,000,000 would you clean all the restrooms in a subway station five days a week, for a month?

Physically I am not able to do that but if I were, yes, I would.

For 5 mil would you spend every day at an amusement park for 6 months,
riding at least 20 rides a day, eating only the food sold there, and spending
the night there? You could not leave during the 6 month period but you could
have guests. There would be a house for you and kitties.

No to the amusement park, I think I'd get sick of the food, and the noise of all the people and rides would drive me crazy after a while.

For 5 million, would you keep a flock of pigeons in your bedroom for a year? They would have to have full access to your whole room at all times, and I'm pretty sure birds can't be taught to go to the bathroom in a specific spot, lol.

Ha!!!!! Only you, ab, could think this up, ha!!! Oh wow, as much as I would love the
5 mil, I'm going to pass on this. Just thinking about it makes me queasy.

For 5 mil would you live on a remote island in Scotland in the North Sea for one year?
Supplies would be brought to you but you would be alone with no access to the outside world.
Kitties could come. (I got this idea from reading Eye of the Needle by Ken Follet)

I'll take this to keep a flow.

Yes I would do this but it would be difficult because of the remoteness.

For 5 mil would you live in Saudi Arabia for on year and follow their customs?
Kitties could come

No! That wouldn't be for me.

For five million dollars, would you sing a concert in front of your whole town, but at the end embarrass yourself completely by burping loudly?

Heck yes. I'm not afraid of burping a love song! I'd just let 'er rip!

For 5,000,000 would you spend 6 months in Antarctica? You will be provided warm shelter, food, and books but no contact with humanity or the outside world whatsoever.

Definitely yes, I like winter. Can I bring my cat, Carleton?

For 5 mil. would you live and sleep on the same park bench by a marsh with alligators for one year regardless of the inclement weather with no money, electronic devices, and only the clothes on your back?
