Mook is having a hard time sharing the new cardboard scratcher....

Don't blame her. Those cardboard scratchers are pure gold in a cat's eyes. Hekitty loves hers beyond all other things, with the exception of that banana. I think she'd actually choose those over Da Danged Bird.

What was Mook looking at so intently in that picture?

One of JG thoughts popped into my head looking at Mook who has more or less moved onto the top of this new cardboard contraption. The need to own some real estate. I continue to believe that by adding as much cat surface as possible we reduce conflicts. This one was on sale at PetSmart for 20 dollars.

I believe that, as well. "Territory" is everything to a cat, even a housecat. Maybe "especially a housecat." It is important for only cats, and even more so for multiples. Your instincts are dead on about that! And $20 is such a good price for an addition to a cat's peace of mind! AND it's kinda cute!

This is a pic of Hekitty, possessing her favorite piece of real estate:

She looks like a wee, fuzzy demon! Well...she is a wee, fuzzy demon, so that stands to reason!

GOOD LORD that's an agile kitten! Love the other two pics, as well, but that shot was phenomenal!

This shows them looking very much like adult cats at 9 months old. Toad on the left is lanky and very much like her mother. Frog is just bigger and has a bulldog look to her and weighs several pounds more than her sister. Top picture at two weeks.

From meat balls to prime roasts in so short a time...wait...that came out wrong...but BOY have they grown!

You know, if anyone ever has a "Luxurious Tail Contest," Mercy MUST enter it!

That's how quick kittenhood is in size at least. They're my darlings. Toad is soooooooooo sassy but never mean. Always wanting to help Frog you just look at her and she flips over on her back will lay there as long as you rub her tummy.

BOTH of those are gorgeous! The one of Mook is so sweet, and Mercy showing a bit of tortitude in that look is PRICELESS! LOL...I just added "tortitude" to my dictionary! I'm tired of "ignoring" it!
