Some shop bought minestrone soup and half a garlic studded ciabatta loaf - very tasty.  Followed by a piece of chocolate brownie, also very tasty.

sick. I'm SO hungry all the time but food upsets my stomach...but so does not eating.
Bananas were the first thing I gave my daughter (besides baby cereal). She


loved it then and she still does. I tried eating a banana twice today and she took it out of my hand and ate it both times. I'm trying to avoid the leg cramps I had when pregnant with her and I've heard bananas help.

Breakfast - 1 Kale, Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Frittata







Cup (took a recipe and fiddled with it...fun!) and 1 strip low sodium, sugar free bacon.  Decaf with 1 oz. half and half.  I finally saw a new one day low this morning..first time since early
February..I'm pumped

My mum used to make me sandwiches with white bread - this is 60 odd years ago - butter sliced bananas and sugar.

Sugar in bacon?

Oh yes..unfortunately.  Most American bacon has been cured with sugars - brown sugar, maple syrup, or has a sugar listed in the ingredients list such as dextrose.  It is hard to find a bacon that is sugar-free.

Chicken from Wendys.  We had a busy day with taking tree branches down and out and after dogs ate I was like no way am I making food.
