Hi! My cat was spayed 4 days ago. She is generally fine, eats well, is in a good mood,... Problem is that her wound looks bit strange to me. This is how it looks like. Do I need to worried?

It looks a little irritated. Send the picture to your vet and see what your vet says or take her back for a check up. You don't want to mess with possible infections. In the meantime, a warm compress against it will probably feel nice and will help with any swelling.
That needs to be seen by the vet. Looks like a stitch is missing and the incision is open.
At the very least, send that picture to the vet. It looks like one stitch (center) is actually missing. There will be internal stitches, as well, but the area is a bit redder than I like to see. It isn't horrible, but it should be seen.
