Would this spray be harmful to the cat?

It says safe for people, pets and the planet. I ordered the pods to put in the diaper genie I use when I scoop the litter box, and my kitchen trash can.
It says in the description:

I think it would be OK, but with any kind of product like this you shouldn't spray it directly onto the cat or on their food or water. If you use it on their bedding make sure you hang it out to air and dry completely before the cat uses that bed again.
