TCS user Scarlettleia has a Domestic Shorthair, Elizabeth, who has lynx tips: ^D58236FBE44E4278021A327BF9B89445A8F1F59E136C6CDC3 | The Cat Site, it is quite a striking look isn't it? Lynx tips are quite rare on shorthair cats. I wonder if your kitten's coat will get longer, at which point we might consider some Maine Coon influence. Does she have toe tufts as well? When you said that her look has completely changed, was she born with a fever coat? THE INDEFINABLE KITTEN COLOURS It is quite exciting to see kittens grow and develop, so I certainly hope to see more pictures of her, especially as her head/body shape get more developed, I'll be able to make a more accurate breed heritage evaluation. She is almost certainly a blue Domestic Shorthair, though.
My Indy has those tufts as well. I think they are so neat.TCS user Scarlettleia has a Domestic Shorthair, Elizabeth, who has lynx tips: ^D58236FBE44E4278021A327BF9B89445A8F1F59E136C6CDC3 | The Cat Site, it is quite a striking look isn't it? Because their mom left themDon't know much about breeds, but she is absolutely adorable.
BTW, who in their right mind would adopt out a 3-5 week old kitten.
Well, that makes sense. I was imagining someone just wanting to get rid of kittens. Glad you took her and knew how to care for one that young.Because their mom left them
If you want to know a breed lookalike, she looks somewhat like a British Shorthair, as she seems to have a fairly wide face. However, only 5% of cats in the US are pedigrees, so most cats are DSH/DMH/DLH, having mixed parents for generations. Domestic Shorthairs have personalities and looks as unique as their heritage, so there is no such thing as "just a Domestic Shorthair".What breed!! I don't think that she is just domestic shorthair :-( I am going to upload her pictures more.. View attachment 178080
I mean what I want to hear what mix breed can have she? Not just saying DSH.. I love my baby anyways..If you want to know a breed lookalike, she looks somewhat like a British Shorthair, as she seems to have a fairly wide face. If I were to guess a possible pedigreed cat in her heritage, I suppose British Shorthair would be a possibility, as she seems to have a wide face, but as I said before, DSH cats have been mixed for generations, so it's hard to be completely sure, without a DNA test.I mean what I want to hear what mix breed can have she? My vet said she has Maine coon in her! She is probably a mix! Or mixed with turkish van or Turkish angoraHi, I got 3 weeks old kitten.. now she turned to 5 weeks old. Her look completely changed! What breed is she? I will add some pics of her.. She has lynx styl ears !!View attachment 177619
