Well I'm being cautiously optimistic regarding Whiskers. He acts like he's feeling some better and came in the kitchen this evening wanting some Fancy Feast. He ate a little bit of the can, (you know how small those cans are). Dr. Stone gave him another vitamin/antibiotic shot and more fluids today. And he's walked around some. At least more than he did yesterday. His fever had gone from 105 down to 103 which is a little improvement. Right now its just a wait and see thing. I'm just waiting for the "other shoe" to fall, meaning Sassy threw up a small bit this afternoon, but later on ate some Fancy Feast. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it was just a fluke thing. They usually get dry kibble cat food with some canned once in a while for a treat, but when they get sick like this, I'm giving them whatever they will eat, and that's usually Fancy Feast! Like I said, its just a wait and see thing.......
