Another lovely fall day, high 50's - low 60's and sunny now. Tomorrow will be a pleasant surprise, i.e. upper 70's. I'm meeting friends and it would be nice to eat outside so we'll see if the weather person is right.
I know this isn't weather...but I think we just had a earthquake! The geographical area of my city is about 3600 square km, and according to posts online, everybody felt it. My house shook pretty good and one person said a picture fell off the wall at her house. This will not have cause any significant damage or casualties/injuries, but considering our underground rumblings tend to only feel like trucks driving by if they're strong enough...this one was big. I checked our earthquake history and most fall between 2 and 4...hardly any have exceeded that...with a few exceptions. This is the strongest quake I can ever remember feeling.
I live in WV it’s currently 6:34pm right now it’s 67 degrees feels like 66. But as it gets darker temperatures will drop. It’s supposed to get down to 43 tonight.
It was windy and nippy all afternoon. 33 degrees right now and dropping down to 27 overnight. There is snow forecast for the northern portion of my state but fortunately not my area.
Cool but pretty, sun is out, the autumn leaves are doing their color show and showing off - mild beeze and the cattails (plants not the cats) are letting go of their fluff.
