I had made little scrambled egg "muffins" with broccoli, onion, pepper and garlic in them and had put them in the freezer. I had one of those with half of an English muffin.
That sounds so good. I keep telling myself that I need to make these; but, I do not own any muffin tins!!! lazy me!!
3 vanilla sandwich cookies, several hours ago.
A handful of potato chips just now while I am deciding what to have for supper, although it is 11 PM.
I'll have a nice coffee and think about it.

Not sure: either finishing up the left over tomato sauce with some kind of pasta or finish the ravioli's.... or a deli baked ham and cheese sandwich, on Italian bread, mayo, and sweet and sour pickle slices... and perhaps crack open the bag of potato chips..

An english muffin with cottage cheese.
i heated up almost the last of the cabbage roll casserole, with a slice of bread broken into pieces and mixed into it.

Breakfast this morning. It was oatmeal cooked with raisins. I added apple pieces a spoonful of honey and a bit of evaporated milk.
Cantaloupe.

For lunch today I stopped by Burger King and got a veggie burger, fries and a vanilla shake. Very tasty.

For lunch I had Fritos and tomato soup.
a bagel with peanut butter and dill pickle slices, and some pretzel nuggets.
That sounds good. I've never had a bagel with peanut butter or dill pickle slices.
