A small chicken pot pie that I had made with leftover chicken on Sunday....I had made one for us and one for Rick's mom. That was our dinner.

(generic) capn crunch with crunch berries cereal and milk -- my breakfast, several hours ago.

Supper. It was barbequed spare ribs, green butter beans, fried corn, whole berry cranberry sauce, with lemonade to drink.

We did go for ice cream last night. I had a medium bowl of vanilla....boy, for some reason, I have been fixated on vanilla soft-serve for about 3 weeks now. It tasted yummy. And now I'm fine, which is good because our local ice cream place is closing for the winter in about two weeks. They have a sale going on....Buy 2 quarts and get another quart free. I may just do that.

I had homemade pumpkin cheesecake and coffee for breakfast this morning.  Between now and the New Year I will be so pumpkin'd out!  I love to cook, so I have a ton of pumpkin recipes for cakes, roll-ups, cheese cake, flan, tarts, soup, cookies and pie - it's almost ridiculous!
