She's beautiful! I would describe her as a red tabby and white van pattern domestic shorthair. Most cats are not any particular breed, and are also not "mixes" of breeds (unlike dogs).

It looks like her tail is a bit short, also. Is the end of her tail a bit crooked or kinked?

I hope that water bottle on the side of the cage behind her isn't for her... She needs a bowl available at all times.

In that case she's probably a naturally bobtailed cat. What country are you located in, if you don't mind telling us? Bobtailed cats are found everywhere in the world, but are more common in some places.
