What breed is this kitten? I am cat illeterate!

If there's a hint of purebreed ancestry (which there's usually not any of, because most cats don't have any) it would be easier to see on an older cat. You can use an aging ray or just wait a couple months. It looks like a normal domestic shorthair to me right now, but may appear more distinct later.
