What breed is my cat?

He is beautiful I believe he would be described as a Domestic Long Haired cat or no particular breed. He is also bicolored.

My new adopted cat appears to be an albino which is quite rare. In fact only 2% of British-born felines are albinos. He (Star as he was previously named), has had two homes prior to this one but was returned because he was bullied by owners' other cats. Here he has a comfortable and quiet life but has shown no signs of wanting to go out because apparently when he has been out before, he has bolted back indoors!
This is our only cat and he is just so content. He is tactile, well-behaved and very loving in general. He has the tiniest of appetites and sleeps a lot which is a reflection of his contentment
