I do think wet food will stick to teeth. I occasionally find food stuck in my cats' teeth when I brush them. It gets in the little crevices.
Regular tooth brushing is best for dental health. There is no truth to the old wives' tale that chewing on something hard and crunchy promotes strong teeth. Teeth are going to be as hard as they are regardless of what is chewed.
Sorry, but that's nonsense! Ask any mother who is nursing a teething baby and she'll tell you that a baby's teeth are plenty hard when they first come in! They don't get hard by chewing on things, they just come that way by nature as long as they animal is healthy.Originally Posted by Liza24

i know wet food is one of the best for cats for nutrition and moisture, but what about there teeth? Does it make them soft? should i be trying to give dry food as well?
