Walking my kitten after spay

Hi! I'm planning to begin walking my 6 month old kitten, but she got spayed on March 27th. How long should I wait until I begin 'training' her?
Also, do you guys have any tips? I've had cats that I walked before, but they were always trained by somebody else so I have no idea how to properly train Kisa to enjoy walks. Which kind of harness would work best for her? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advance

I'd wait until the incision is fully healed, for a couple of reasons.  First, you don't want to risk exposing a semi-healed incision to God-knows-what outside, and second, you don't want a harness to irritate that area at all.

As far as the best harness goes, I'm in favor of the "holster" type harnesses.  They look a little like the "Thunder Shirt" that you see advertised on television, and seem to be very comfortable on the cats.
