We are having whole trout for dinner tomorrow. Is there any reason I couldn't give our cat a fish head? He does eat some raw, but it's the medallion style right now. Thanks!

Parasite s and bacterial issues come to mind for NOT... trout is known to cause "salmon poisoning ".. I would suggest a google or library search on it ...
Medallion style? Is that the one with red wine sauce or cooked in wine?

1. I would never feed raw fish to my cats for any reason.
2. I don't feed fish based foods - they get ONE taste of cooked talipia when we have it and that is all.
3. Some cats can have more UTI problems eating fish.
We only feed raw beef or chicken to our cats.
