I received this in an e-mail today, from a friend of mine, and I wanted to pass it on to all of you......
I am guilty of this as well, of not controling my temper sometimes, and I think it is something several of us here (including me) struggle with, and sometimes don't realize how badly our comments hurt others. I just wanted to share this with you all:
