Wow that is so amazing didnt know cats followed without a leash ! Guess its common ! Thanks for sharing your story!

My neighbor's cat does this. He walks the dog on a leash and the cat follows. The cat will sometimes wander a bit but always catch up. I noticed the cat following him one night and asked him. They just all go for walks together.

Great story! That's amazing that she followed you all the way home. I've taken in strays, ferals, and even 7 chickens that got loose. I always wondered why they picked my house. I guess they have a sense of who will take care of them. Or because it is the first house on my street!
