He sounds like a wonderful cat! It's normal for males to be quite a bit bigger than females. I expect that he will grow into those ears and paws eventually

If he's like most male kittens I've known, he will hardly even notice being neutered, and it will definitely mean a happier life for him in the long run!

Just not sure. I haven’t had him long but he is so special to me already. So much personality and so talkative. I’ll post more pics if needed. I do know his mom is a tabby but with totally different markings on her.

OPs cat is a black (brown) classic tabby domestic shorthair. Vast majority of cats aren’t of a breed, or mix of breeds, but doesn’t make them less special.

I know I'm late to this thread but my cat looks a lot like your cat and my cats mother was half bengal
