I don't know where to put this stuff. It's not really quarantine baking because I bake often anyway.
Spent yesterday in the kitchen, making Squash Rolls from some of our pureed butternut. After rolling the dough out, but before slicing it, I made my version of the honey butter from Texas Roadhouse and slathered the butter on the dough. Then I sliced and rolled into crescents. OMG! The honey and cinnamon shines through, not a lot, but just enough so you know they're there. And so good. Rick ate three, I had one, we have three to take to Rick's mom this afternoon, and the rest went into the freezer. Perfect way to use a cup of butternut puree.
