@daftcat75, I cooked both meat broth (round 1) and bone broth (round 2), using the soup function of the InstantPot to save time, and using organic chicken as instructed in the video. I forgot to add vinegar in round 1 but added some in round 2. I trimmed off the fat at the top each time and cooled it down before offering to Ruckus, but he turned his nose up at it both times. I've since frozen the broths and will try to offer him some more meat broth tomorrow.
