Kathryn scratched the outside corner of her eye. Is there something I can safely put on it or should I just take her to the doc? I looks raised in the picture but it's not. It is just gooey. Her eye isn't red at all.

I am not aware of anything homeopathic that you can use near their eyes. How long has this been there? You could try calling your Vet and asking if it's ok to wait a few days to see if it heals on it's own, but if you think there is any chance at all that the eye itself is scratched, I would take her in for prescription eyedrops

I think that a vet should take a quick peek at that, simply because it looks as if the tear duct may be inflamed, and if she doesn't produce tears normally, her eyesight may be impacted by the drying of the cornea. Better safe than sorry on something that could affect the vision!
