Hi guys, we moved to a new house with a terrace, and my male cat got red and teary eyes here. His eyes got worse gradually over 1-2 weeks, and are now quite teary and he has some black stuff around them which I regularly clean. Can you please recommend something I can give him to help resolve this problem? He looks perfectly healthy otherwise. Thanks in advance.

This sounds like an allergy; however, as it is getting worse, you probably should see a vet. An allergy can make him uncomfortable enough, but if it is an infection or other eye issue that appeared coincidentally with your move, it should not be ignored.
If it were to be an allergy, especially since it just happened, try to determine if there are new substances, plants, anything you added to the house like fragranced candles. You mention the terrace. Does that have anything to do with him going out or being exposed to something that he is not used to?
