It is a concern with any product claiming to be "whole body". You should always ask if such a product includes thyroid. Sometimes they take it out and sometimes "whole body" doesn't really mean whole body (they take out a bunch of stuff).
A claim of including "organs" should make you ask also. They really should specify what organs are included.
