Have you tried rabbit? Cats seem to like that from Hare Today.

Yeah! I'm actually feeding them that right now for the first time. Their favorite is turkey though.

I didn't have freeze dried rabbit bites I've always used for treats though. Sometimes dotting their food with them when they're sick will convince them to eat it all!
