My sight and my hearing. I see Rick's mom depending on audiobooks with her headphones and, although she's used to it, it's still very hard for her, not being able to see. And without her hearing aids, she's completely dependent on others to help her.

Number one is music...specifically MUSE. They got me through a lot and continue to do so.
Number two is the internet. Keeps me in contact with my friends in Hawaii and Australia and across the U.S.

My cats obviously. And my mom. We reconnected after 10 years about 3 years ago. She's my rock. Oh, and of course internet. My link to the outside world.
