For me it's meh!
that is gross, lol. I don't think I will ever try to eat it again after that!

Sweet and savory is the BEST flavor combination though!
But the enzymes are good for you too.
I love fresh pineapple. Anyone who has only had canned pineapple is missing out.

I abolutely have to have pineapple on my pizza. but I like everything on my pizza. veggies. meats. sauce. cheese...cook it for 30 min to get nice and crispy crust...I always add a can of pineapple to it then a package of extra sharp Cabot's chedder cheese on top.

My friend had fresh pineapple in Panama and she said that nothing compares to how amazing it was. I'm tempted to book a flight just for a pineapple.
Yeah, nothing beats a REALLY fresh pineapple, while in a tropical country, but if you get a decent one from the store it can be almost as good. Let it get just a bit overripe and that's the best, to me.
I will pass on pineapple topping on pizza. It makes the pepperoni soggy.

No. The pineapple, the pizza and your tastebuds will thank you for it.
I don't mind it. But it's pizza.....what's to mind?! I like hoagie pizza, too, and not many people do. A hoagie pizza is simply the crust, some shredded cheese to cover, chopped lettuce, thinly chopped (and drained) fresh tomatoes, a bit of thinly chopped ham, more cheese, and seasonings. No sauce. And it's really good. We used to get it at the mall, but then I decided I could make it cheaper.
When we have people in for dinner and we do personal pizzas on the grill, I have a huge platter of toppings for everybody to pick their own. And I add diced (and well-drained) pineapple to the platter; believe it or not, the pineapple is usually the first topping gone from the mix. I don't know why, but a lot of people seem to like it.
Now....olives? Why? Why? Ewwwwwww No, no, no, no, no. Disgustingly gross things.
