i love pineapple, but have never tried it on pizza. :think: i really should try it though, because i just might like it. i could see pineapple and ham/Canadian bacon, that might actually taste really good!

and i've got pizza in my meal plans during the next month, too. so i might as well go ahead and try it then. :agree: i'll drain the pineapple tidbits on a paper towel, before adding to the pizza.

Someone already mentioned something like this but....
It has to have the other ingredients that blend with it.
Bacon bits and lit bit of chadder cheese. Pizza Inn used to have a pizza called "Hog". It had Canadian bacon with chadder. I prefer the bacon bits for that bacon fat. But it needs to be on the deep dish pan type that Pizza Hut has. I don't think it would be too good on a hand toss or any other crust that doesnt have a greasey bottom.

Oh yea, I forgot to say that the Pineapple acts as an insulation when cooking. It can leave raw dough under each piece. Either cut the pieces smaller or move it around during the baking.
