Don't be too hard on them. I do this. I shop for my elderly mother and sometimes I'm not sure exactly what type of something she wants, so I call to find out. Sometimes she calls me to add something to the list. And yes, to me, she is more important than someone rushing through the isles.
Well I guess I was a little harsh but not everybody needs to be talking on the cell phone all the time.

I agree with you. If you have to be on the cell phone in the grocery store, then you can push your cart over to the side of the aisle.
Exactly. Talking on the phone is one thing, that can be done without blocking the aisle.....it's the morons who are on the phone and stick their cart right in the middle where you can't go around that are the problem.

I have arthritis and cannot stand for any length of time. That is why I try to get in and out of the grocery store as fast as possible. Those motorized carts are not always available to use. I think it is just rude for people to block the aisles.
