I have recently learned about the third eyelid in cats and how it shouldn’t be noticeable in them. But I have two brothers who are 3 years old and they are always showing their 3rd eyelid, and have since they were kittens. They are perfectly healthy too. They normally are showing them if they are grumpy or just ate. Is this not normal?

Most of the time it is also noticeabletoo. Not all of it but just even a few centimeters of it. Normal?

Here is what I found on third eyelid. Normally it isn't visible unless in these situations. Kitty is waking up, sleepy or doesn’t feel well. It could be a sign of an eye issue as well so check with your dvm.
