Question about seeing kittens moving

Same. Luckily ever since last night she has been fine. No throw up this morning and she hasn't had a bowel movement. I'm hoping it was just some stress or something. The kittens are now able to move about the room as they please and she seems pretty okay with it but I'm wondering if it has been a bit more stressful for her than she's been leading on.

It's so hard to know. I'm glad she is not still vomiting right now. Is she eating?
